CPP Transparent Film (Cast Polypropylene Film) is a high-performance packaging film produced by the cast extrusion process using polypropylene as the raw material. It features excellent transparency, good heat sealing properties, and strong impact resistance. This film provides outstanding moisture barrier performance and maintains good flexibility at low temperatures.
Our CPP Transparent Film has high clarity and gloss, with a haze value below 3%, providing excellent product display effects. The film offers excellent heat sealing properties with a low heat sealing initiation temperature (as low as 105°C), wide sealing temperature range, and high sealing strength, making it suitable for high-speed packaging applications.
With a thickness range from 15μm to 80μm, our CPP Transparent Film is widely used in food, textile, stationery, and industrial packaging. The film provides excellent printability and laminating properties, with surface corona treatment (both sides) offering excellent ink adhesion. It is also available in various special types such as easy-open, anti-fog, and anti-static versions to meet diverse packaging requirements.
Our CPP Transparent Film meets strict quality standards and provides the following performance specifications:

CPP Transparent Film can be printed using various printing methods including flexographic, gravure, and offset printing. The corona-treated surface provides excellent ink adhesion for high-quality printing results.
Our CPP Transparent Film can be laminated with various substrates such as BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, and aluminum foil using solvent-based, solvent-free, or water-based adhesives to enhance barrier properties and mechanical performance.
With excellent heat sealing properties, our CPP Transparent Film can be sealed using various heat sealing equipment such as flat sealers, impulse sealers, and rotary sealers. The recommended heat sealing conditions are: temperature 115-145°C, pressure 0.3-0.6 MPa, dwell time 0.5-1.5 seconds.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Recommended conditions: temperature 15-25°C, relative humidity 45-65%. The shelf life is 12 months when stored correctly. For optimum processing performance, it is recommended to bring the film to room temperature before use.
Our CPP Transparent Film, with its excellent transparency, heat sealing properties, and moisture barrier performance, is widely used in the following areas:
