CPE Film

CPE Film

CPE Film (Cast Polyethylene Film) is a high-performance packaging film produced through the cast extrusion process using polyethylene as the raw material. It offers excellent heat sealing properties, good flexibility, and superior toughness. This film provides excellent moisture barrier performance and good chemical resistance, making it ideal for a wide range of packaging applications.

Our CPE Film has a low heat sealing initiation temperature (as low as 80°C), enabling high-speed packaging operations. With high clarity and good slip properties, it ensures both excellent product display and smooth machine processing. The film thickness ranges from 30μm to 200μm, providing options for various packaging requirements.

CPE Film demonstrates excellent puncture resistance and tear strength, offering superior product protection. With its good printability and laminating properties, it's suitable for various printing methods and can be combined with other films to enhance barrier properties. The film is available in various special types, including anti-fog, anti-static, and UV-resistant versions.

Processing Information

Printing

CPE Film can be printed using various printing methods including flexographic, gravure, and offset printing. The corona-treated surface provides excellent ink adhesion for high-quality printing results.

Lamination

Our CPE Film can be laminated with various substrates such as BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, and aluminum foil using solvent-based, solvent-free, or water-based adhesives to enhance barrier properties and mechanical performance.

Heat Sealing

With excellent heat sealing properties and low sealing initiation temperature, our CPE Film can be sealed using various heat sealing equipment. The recommended heat sealing conditions are: temperature 90-110°C, pressure 0.2-0.4 MPa, dwell time 0.5-1.0 seconds.

Storage and Handling

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Recommended conditions: temperature 15-25°C, relative humidity 45-65%. The shelf life is 12 months when stored correctly. For optimum processing performance, it is recommended to bring the film to room temperature before use.

CPE Film Applications
