CPE Film (Cast Polyethylene Film) is a high-performance packaging film produced through the cast extrusion process using polyethylene as the raw material. It offers excellent heat sealing properties, good flexibility, and superior toughness. This film provides excellent moisture barrier performance and good chemical resistance, making it ideal for a wide range of packaging applications.
Our CPE Film has a low heat sealing initiation temperature (as low as 80°C), enabling high-speed packaging operations. With high clarity and good slip properties, it ensures both excellent product display and smooth machine processing. The film thickness ranges from 30μm to 200μm, providing options for various packaging requirements.
CPE Film demonstrates excellent puncture resistance and tear strength, offering superior product protection. With its good printability and laminating properties, it's suitable for various printing methods and can be combined with other films to enhance barrier properties. The film is available in various special types, including anti-fog, anti-static, and UV-resistant versions.
Our CPE Film meets strict quality standards and provides the following performance specifications:

CPE Film can be printed using various printing methods including flexographic, gravure, and offset printing. The corona-treated surface provides excellent ink adhesion for high-quality printing results.
Our CPE Film can be laminated with various substrates such as BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, and aluminum foil using solvent-based, solvent-free, or water-based adhesives to enhance barrier properties and mechanical performance.
With excellent heat sealing properties and low sealing initiation temperature, our CPE Film can be sealed using various heat sealing equipment. The recommended heat sealing conditions are: temperature 90-110°C, pressure 0.2-0.4 MPa, dwell time 0.5-1.0 seconds.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Recommended conditions: temperature 15-25°C, relative humidity 45-65%. The shelf life is 12 months when stored correctly. For optimum processing performance, it is recommended to bring the film to room temperature before use.
Our CPE Film, with its excellent heat sealing properties, flexibility, and puncture resistance, is widely used in the following areas:
Widely used for packaging bread, frozen foods, fresh produce, and meat products due to its excellent heat sealing properties, moisture barrier, and puncture resistance.
Used for packaging hardware, electronic components, and industrial parts, providing excellent protection against moisture, dust, and physical damage.
Used for packaging medical supplies and devices, providing good barrier properties, sterilization compatibility, and reliable seal integrity.
Used for packaging garments, textiles, and fabrics, providing excellent protection against moisture and dust while allowing product visibility.
Used as a lamination layer in multi-layer composite structures, providing excellent heat sealing and good adhesion to various substrates.
With its high puncture resistance and tear strength, it's suitable for heavy-duty packaging applications that require strong physical protection.
