BOPP Barrier Film is a biaxially oriented polypropylene film developed specifically for applications with moderate barrier requirements. Through special formulations and processing techniques, it provides enhanced gas and water vapor barrier properties while maintaining the excellent physical characteristics of BOPP film.

Our BOPP Barrier Film utilizes innovative additive technology and multilayer co-extrusion structures to deliver better oxygen and moisture barrier performance than standard BOPP films, while maintaining good printability, heat sealability, and mechanical strength. This makes it a cost-effective solution for packaging applications that don't require the highest barrier performance.

This product series ranges in thickness from 15μm to 40μm, featuring excellent transparency, gloss, and flatness, making it ideal for various food, snack, and consumer goods packaging applications, providing moderate protection and extending shelf life.
